Terms & Conditions – JeM Aesthetics

These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, services, appointments, and purchases made at JeM Aesthetics. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

JeM Aesthetics reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

Appointments & Bookings

• All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability assessment.
• Appointments are confirmed only once a booking has been made through our booking system, in clinic, or via written confirmation.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling (you can choose which timeframe you want).
• Cancellations made outside of this period or failure to attend an appointment may result in loss of deposit or full charge of the treatment fee.
• JeM Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary.

Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure appointments.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if sufficient notice is given.
• Full payment is required before or on the day of treatment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Consultations & Consent

• All clients must complete a consultation and consent form prior to treatment.
• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose accurate and complete medical history, medications, and relevant health information.
• JeM Aesthetics cannot be held liable for complications arising from undisclosed information.

Treatment Results

• Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
• Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes.
• Before-and-after results shown are for guidance only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

Age Policy

• All treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over.
• Valid photographic ID may be required.

Medical & Safety

• Treatments may carry risks and side effects, which will be explained during consultation.
• JeM Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
• Post-treatment aftercare instructions must be followed to minimise risks.

Refunds

• No refunds are offered on completed treatments or treatment packages.
• Unused treatment courses are non-refundable but may be transferred at the clinic’s discretion.

Photography & Marketing

• Before-and-after photographs may be taken for medical records.
• Images will only be used for marketing purposes with the client’s written consent.

Personal Belongings

• JeM Aesthetics is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the clinic.

Liability

• JeM Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided, except where required by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection regulations.
• Client information is kept confidential and used solely for treatment and clinic purposes.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
